Frozen Zucchini Anyone?

I just wondered if anyone knows where to get frozen zucchini? I haven't seen it at Vons or Food for Less. I am doing the chicken zucchini casserole this month. I am going to add more soup mixture and try it with the zucchini this time. I will be anxious to see how it turns out. Leave me a comment on this post after you try it. Good or bad. If the zucchini doesn't freeze well then we don't need to do it again, but I thought I would give it a try. Cross your fingers! Nicole

    I went with fresh. We'll see how it goes. I am anxious to see what everyone thinks. The cook time is 45 mins for a whole meal. I guess a half meal at 30 mins. Just keep an eye on it!
