Chicken Cordon Blue Bake x2
2 pkg reduced sodium stuffing mix
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 lb sliced deli ham, cut into 1 inch strips
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Prepare stuffing mixes according to pkg directions. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine soup and milk? wet aside. Divide chicken between two greased 9x13 baking dishes. Sprinkle with pepper. Layer with am, Swiss cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, soup mixture, and stuffing. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer.
Mostaccioli Casserole x2
1 pkg(16oz) motaccioli
1-1/2 lbs ground beef
1-1/4 chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cheddar cheese soup
1-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese, divided
Cook pasta. Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper, and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, soup, Italian seasoning and pepper.
Drain pasta. Ad pasta and 1-1/2 cups cheese to beef mixture. Transfer to 2 greased 11x7 inch baking dishes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Thaw. Cover and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
