Chicken!

I just wanted to let everyone know boneless skinless chicken breasts are on sale for $1.79 a pound at Albertsons 8 hour sale on Thursday.

Oh, and I was trying to figure out how to put a little thing on the blog so everyone can subscribe, and be emailed every time there is a new post. Any idea how to do that?
