How many meals??

So far, from the list, it looks like we are preparing for 9 whole meals?? Does anyone else know of anyone that plans to jump on board? 'Cause unless someone says otherwise, that is the number I am planning on running with for now! :-)

Also, what does everyone think about exchanging around February 20Th? Is that too soon or too far away? I know I run out sooner than others but I would also kind of like to know a date so that I can break my purchasing up among grocery bills.
