Porkchops

Hi,

In case you haven't made these already, the cook times are for defrosted pork chops. They work best if you place them in a casserole pan (or a 9x13 pan for a whole meal), that is small enough that they touch each other. You want the sauce to pretty much cover the chops to simmer them when they are baking. Hope these turn out tender and juicy for you!
